Jacqueline Clarke exchanged a career in food styling for one that involves styling with metal, resin, glass and various other ingredients. Many of her tools from the food trade have swapped their function and sit happily on her bench: a
torch for caramelising sugar is now involved with intricate soldering, tweezers once used for strategically placing garnishes are now picking up tiny glass balls.

Her trained eye for perfection,
shape and texture has created a collection inspired by forest and beach combing, and things of an edible nature.
